Siddharth and Shyam in lead

Chennai: Top seed P. Shyam Nikhil of Madurai and Chennai’s R. Siddharth lead the table with seven points each, at the end of the eighth and penultimate round of the Jawahar Vidyalaya 10th Tamil Nadu state under-25 FIDE-rated chess tournament for the Annapragada Trophy. Shyam defeated Ajay Srikanth, while Siddharth got the better of IM Norm holder R. Arun Karthik.
