Naidu decries attacks on TDP activists
G. Ravikiran
JAGGAYYAPETA (Krishna district): TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu has warned Congress leaders of “dire consequences” if they continue to attack and harass TDP activists.
Mr. Naidu addressed a series of meetings in Jaggayyapeta Assembly constituency as part of his ‘Meekosam Chaitanya Yatra’ on its 39th day on Thursday.
Addressing a meeting at Lingala, Mr. Naidu said that the Congress leaders had turned Jaggayyapeta Assembly constituency virtually into another Pulivendula with their “murderous attacks” on several TDP leaders and activists. He held local Congress MLA Samineni Udayabhanu and his followers responsible for the suffering of TDP workers.
