Abdul Aziz passes away

NEW DELHI: Former Delhi footballer and the joint secretary of the Delhi Soccer Association (DSA), Abdul Aziz died on Wednesday. He was 63. He is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters.

An official of the Mughals Sports Club, the soft-spoken Aziz was a renowned player in the 1960s. The DSA expressed its shock on the demise of the former stalwart, in a statement released here on Thursday.
