MCD to ‘consider’ providing rebates

NEW DELHI: After consulting its Chief Law Officer as well as the Additional Solicitor-General of India, MCD will now “consider” providing rebates to bring property tax payers at par with those provided during 2007-08.

The matter is scheduled to come up for discussion at a special meeting of the MCD Standing Committee on Friday.
