Confusion reigns over matinee idol’s party plans

While all the top leaders of various political parties were slugging it out in the sun and among the people for the bypolls, the much hyped party by matinee idol Chiranjeevi is yet to come out in the open. Select leaks to newspapers notwithstanding, there is some deliberate obfuscation going on.

Chiranjeevi’s brother Nagababu goes round the State addressing public gatherings, organising blood donation camps and the likes carefully avoiding mention of any political party. Then, there is the star’s close associate and a doctor trying to rope in IT professional’s support but there were more of sloganeering from his fans.

Even more baffling is Chiranjeevi’s remark that his brother-in-law Arvind is in charge of his ‘political train’ when the latter had explicitly stated that the ball was in the star’s court!
