KOCHI: Kerala Press Academy has invited applications for its Postgraduate Diploma programmes in Journalism and Communication and Public Relations and Advertising. The duration of both the programmes is one year. Expert training in audio-visual media and information technology will be provided and renowned journalists from both print and electronic media will take classes.

S. R. Sakthidharan, chairman of the academy, on Friday, said hostel facility would be provided to the students. The eligibility for joining the programme is a degree in any subject. Those who have written the final year degree examination can apply. Admission will be based on the performance in the aptitude test and interview. For more details contact: 0484-2422275, 2422068.
