Licence cancelled

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Urban Development Department Director has cancelled the licence of one P.G. Anil Kumar, a building supervisor in the Perumbavur municipality, for allegedly submitting a fake building plan for approval.

An official release issued here on Friday said the Local Self-government Department had launched a drive against unauthorised constructions and taken disciplinary action against erring employees. Local Self-government Minister Paloli Mohammed Kutty had got complaints about unauthorised constructions in Perumbavur. — Special Correspondent
