Bangalore: President Pratibha Patil has mourned the death of people in a road accident in Hassan district on Thursday.

According to a press release here on Friday, the President, who is now on a visit to Shimla, has written a letter to Governor Rameshwar Thakur conveying her condolences to the next of kin of the deceased.
