Bangalore: Senior lawyer Uday Holla, who was the State Advocate-General during the previous H.D. Kumaraswamy Government, has been appointed the Advocate-General by the B.S.Yeddyurappa Government as well. B.V. Acharya who was the Advocate-General during the President’s Rule, had submitted his resignation to Governor Rameshwar Thakur on the day the election results were announced. The appointment of Mr. Holla is one of the first decisions of the nascent Cabinet which met here on Friday. — Special Correspondent
