CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Friday appealed to the people in the State to maintain calm and communal amity and not resort to agitation. In a statement issued here, Mr. Hooda, said that although in a democratic set-up everybody had the right to express one’s viewpoint, it should be done with dialogue.
