Godrej Properties files prospectus


MUMBAI: Godrej Properties, where Adi Godrej led-Godrej Industries owns a majority stake along with the family, on Friday filed a draft prospectus with market regulator SEBI for its IPO, estimated to mobilise up to Rs. 600 crore.
