Tata Tea net at Rs. 313 crore

MUMBAI: Tata Tea has recommended a dividend of Rs. 15 per share of Rs. 10 each and a one-time special dividend of Rs. 20 per share for 2007-08. The payment in 2006-07 was Rs. 15 per share. The company has achieved a net profit of Rs. 312.86 crore against Rs. 306.57 crore. Total income has risen to Rs. 1,263.29 crore from Rs. 1,146.11 crore. — Corporate Reporter
