Emami acquires stake in Zandu Pharma

KOLKATA: Emami, the Rs. 600 crore FMCG company, has bought a 27.5 per cent stake in Zandu Pharmaceutical Works. It has bought 24 per cent from one of the existing promoters’ group. As per regulations, Emami would be making an open offer for acquiring further 20 per cent in the company. — Special Correspoondent
