Oisca award for V.S. Ramachandran

KOZHIKODE: V.S. Ramachandran, project coordinator, Regional Science Centre and Planetarium, Kozhikode, has been selected for the Oisca Karma Sreshtam award instituted by Oisca International South India Chapter. Dr. Ramachandran has been selected for the award in recognition of his efforts in developing the centre into a prestigious place of interest in Kozhikode, besides generating interest in astronomy among children, including those in rural centres.

The award will be presented at a programme to be held here on June 22. — Staff Reporter
