BJP to raise murder case in U.P. Assembly

MEERUT: The Bharatiya Janata Party will raise in the State Assembly the recent case of murder of three young men in Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat district.

The party’s State unit president Rama Pati Tripathi visited the families of Suneel Dhakan, Puneet Giri and Sudhir over the weekend. The three were killed on May 22 at Kotwali.

Mr. Tripathi said though the prime accused Izlal had been arrested, his accomplices were still at large.

A bandh was observed here on Friday to press the demand for arrest of all the accused.
