Dharna staged

VISAKHAPATNAM: BSNL employees owing allegiance to the BSNL Employees Union held a dharna opposite the BSNL Office during the lunch hour on Saturday in protest against the proposal of the management to go for IPO (Initial Public Offering) and the plan to implement Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS).
