Student drowned

An Intermediate student from Hyderabad, who came to the city for a marriage, was drowned in the sea on Saturday. He was swept away by a powerful wave when his family members were relaxing on the beach. Professional divers were immediately deployed but to no avail. Bishop John, 18, arrived here with his family two days ago to attend a wedding. The III Town police are investigating.
