‘Linguistic laboratories’ to teach students English BIDAR: The Hyderabad Karnataka region may get representation in the second Cabinet expansion, MLC Manohar Maski has said. Mr. Maski, speaking at a press conference here on Sunday added that leaders from the region had demanded representation for the region. Stressing the need for English education, Mr. Maski said within a month, three high schools each in Bidar, Raichur and Gulbarga would be identified for starting “linguistic laboratories” to train students in the use of English. Such laboratories will be started on an experimental basis and an evaluation of their functioning will be done after two years, he said.
