Bala Kuteer student tops in CBSE exam

GUNTUR: J. Navya, a student of Class 10, Sri Venkateswara Bala Kuteer has secured 476 marks to claim the first position in the district in the Central Board of Secondary Education, the results of which have been declared recently. K. Krishna Sai has stood second with 475 marks.

Of the 131 students who have appeared for the examinations, 121 secured distinctions and the remaining have secured first classes, according to Bala Kuteer founder correspondent N. Manga Devi.

Summer camp

The summer camp held at the Vignan Little Public School concluded on Sunday. More than 500 kids have taken part in various activities in the camp. The children were trained in chess, hand writing, music, and dance both western and classical. School principal Ch. Nirmala said that they have been organising the summer camp every year to tap the latent talent in the children.
