Kozohikode: Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan will have a busy day in the district on Tuesday. His morning function will start on the outskirts of the city. The Chief Minister will inaugurates the Kerala School of Mathematics, an institution for higher learning, training and research in mathematical sciences under the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment, at Kunnamangalam at 11 a.m. Mr. Achuthanandan, who arrived from Muthuthala gramapanchayat in Palakkad district on Monday night, is staying at the government Guest House at West Hill. After the function at Kunnamangalam the Chief Minister will return to the Guest House. He is also expected to hold meetings with government officials. At 2 p.m., he will leave for Edachery near Vadakara. He will inaugurate the E.V.Kumaran Memorial meeting there at 3 .15 p.m. Mr. Achuthanandan will lay the foundation of the E.M.S. Cooperative Hospital at Perambra at 4.30 p.m. Afterwards, he will address a rally of the Construction Workers of India at Muthalakulam Maidan in the city at 5.30 p.m. He will leave for Thiruvananthapuram by the Maveli Express at 9.50 p.m.
