PSC decision

Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) at its meeting here on Monday decided to implement the order issued by a Division Bench of the High Court while disposing of a case connected with the Ayurveda Medical Officer rank list. The order was to divide the total number of vacancies in the 50:50 proportion and advise in the open and reservation seats by turn. The system being followed by the PSC now is governed by clause 14 A of the Kerala Subordinate Service Rules under which vacancies of over 20 are advised in units of 20. — Special Correspondent
