Rythu Sadassus to be held in each Revenue Division

Panels to be constituted for transportation, infrastructure, publicity and bandobast

Officials instructed to organise an exhibition and put up stalls focusing on departmental activities


MAHABUBNAGAR: With an aim to create awareness about the latest technology in agriculture among the farmers, the Government is going to organise Rythu Sadassus in each Revenue Division.

Addressing the officials of Agriculture and allied departments here on Monday Collector V.Usharani informed that as per instructions from Government, five revenue divisional level Rythu Sadassus will be organised in the district. She said that Mahabubnagar Revenue Division Rythu Sadassus will be conducted at Kammadanam sericulture office near Shadnagar on 5th of this month. Nagarkurnool Revenue Division level Sadassu will be held at Gudipally reservoir on June 6, Wanaparthy Revenue Division Sadassu will be organisd at Madanapoor on June 7. While Narayanpet Division Sadassu will be conducted at Panchadevpad on June 8 and Gadwal Revenue Division will be at Nettampadu. The Collector instructed the officials to make all arrangements for Rythu Sadassus. For successful conduct of Rythu Sadassus various committees were constituted at divisional level like transportation, infrastructure, publicity, bandobast and food.

The Collector directed the officials to install exhibition stalls about their departmental activities, and to hold demonstration on water harvesting, water conservation and latest technology in agriculture and others.
