New chairman at JRG Securities

KOCHI: JRG Securities Limited has appointed Rahul Bhasin, managing partner, Baring Private Equity Partners

India, as the non-executive chairman of its board of directors for 2008-09. Munish Dayar, partner, financial services, at Baring Private Equity Partners India and director of JRG Securities will be a senior member of the management committee constituted by the board, says a press note.
