Rohtak Road triumphs

NEW DELHI: Fine unbeaten knocks by Rahul Tyagi (65) and Amanjeet (48) helped Rohtak Road Gymkhana to a five-wicket victory over former champion Mohan Meakin in a first round match of the 35th all-India Goswami Ganesh Dutt memorial cricket tournament at the St. Stephen’s College ground here on Monday.

The scores: Mohan Meakin 183 for nine in 40 overs lost to Rohtak Road Gymkhana 184 for five in 37.3 overs (Rahul Tyagi 65 not out, Amanjeet 48 not out).
