Residents demand sinking of borewell

Residents of Sukumar Nagar East in Tirupur demand sinking of borewell for a public toilet in the locality on Monday. –

TIRUPUR: The residents of Sukumar Nagar East in Ward-41 have asked the Tirupur Corporation authorities to sink a bore well separately for the public toilet in the locality.

Hundreds of residents along with councillor P.R. Nataraj met the Commissioner M. Ashokan to press demand. They said that a public toilet was constructed there recently. There was a move to provide water to the toilet from the existing bore well, which is used for drinking purpose.
