Ban orders

The Commissioner of Police has clamped prohibitory orders within a radius of 1 km of Vidhana Soudha from 6 a.m., on June 4 till the midnight of June 5 in view of the proposed Legislative Assembly session. The order passed under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure prohibits any kind of procession and public meetings except marriage and funeral processions, carrying of lethal weapons, explosives and burning of effigies.
