CUTTACK: Students of Olatapur-based National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (NIRTAR) and activists of All India Students’ Federation (AISF) gheraoed the State police headquarters here on Monday demanding immediate arrest of Nirtar director for his alleged “sexual innuendo” with some students of the institute. The agitators, earlier in the morning came in a rally carrying the effigy of the director B. M. Pradhan and burnt it inside the police headquarters threatening that if the director is not dismissed from his post and arrested within seven days, then they would launch a state-wide students’ agitation.
