“No, Thank you”: Delhi BJP MLA Vijay Jolly protesting outside the Chief Minister’s Office on Tuesday against the power distribution company BSES. Mr Jolly returned a “grievance register” issued by the discom stating that it was being thrust upon the elected MPs and MLAs in an election year to save the discom from public anger over power failures.
