Two killed in lightning

VIRUDHUNAGAR: Lightning struck two students to death and injured two others at Veeracholan in Virudhunagar district on Monday evening.

The deceased were identified as A. Senthil Muthukumar (18) and K. Dinesh Kumar (15). They were killed on the spot. The two students, along with A. Suresh (14) and C. Sarathkumar (15), were returning home from school when the accident occurred near Ayyanarkoil.
