Tarun Gogoi must go: AGP

Guwahati: The Opposition Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) on Wednesday demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi following the arrest of the Education Minister Ripun Borah by the CBI in Delhi earlier in the day.

Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly and AGP general secretary Chandra Mohan Patowary said in a statement that Mr. Gogoi should own moral responsibility for the arrest and quit immediately.
