Jagadish takes honours

BANGALORE: C.S. Jagadish won the title in the men’s 40-plus age section in the Mascot Prints State-ranking veteran’s table tennis tournament. Jagadish beat Chandrashekar 11-7, 9-11, 11-6, 11-7 in the final.

Men’s 50 plus: S.K. Balakrishna bt Mahesh Nayak 11-6, 11-6, 14-12.

Men’s 60 plus: K.A. Udayshankar bt M.A. Krishnaswamy 11-7, 10-12, 11-5, 11-2

Men’s doubles: Bona Thomas/U.R. Krishnamurthy bt C.S. Jagadish/Y. Gangadhar 11-9, 11-7, 9-11, 14-12.
