Thumping victory for Madras Club

NEW DELHI: Fine batting by Sourav Tiwari and Sahil Kher helped Madras Club to a 201-run victory over KN Colts in the premier division DDCA cricket league here.

The scores: Premier division: Malviya CC 170 in 33 overs lost to FCI 171 for five in 31 overs (Ajmer Singh 56).

Madras CC 345 for four in 40 overs (Saourav Tiwari 91, Sahil Kher 82, Puneet Bisht 66) beat KN Colts 144 for four in 40 overs (Anant Sharma 55).

Air India 224 in 40 overs (Deepak Joon 79, Rohit Prakash 55) beat Kishan Ganj Colts 174 in 33 overs (Vikram Dhariwal 57).
