Autorickshaw driver held

Special Correspondent

TAMBARAM: The Madipakkam police have arrested a youth for misbehaving with a girl in the full glare of public.

On Saturday evening, Murugan, an autorickshaw driver, misbehaved with the girl, a final-year college student, for refusing his overtures. The student, resident of Nanganallur, was riding a two-wheeler to visit a friend in Keelkattalai. At Vaanuvampettai, Murugan intercepted her and misbehaved as dozens of passers-by watched.
