Job mela arranged at Periyapalayam

TIRUVALLUR: The ‘Vazhndhu Kattuvom’ society, headed by Collector Rajendra Kumar has arranged a ‘job mela’ at Periyapalayam in Tiruvallur district on June 5.

Around 10 reputed companies such as NOKIA, Reliance, Rane Madras, Motorola etc. were expected to participate in the job fair, organised by the Vazhundhu Kattuvom project with support from World Bank.

Aspiring candidates, having minimum qualification of V Standard and hailing from Ellapuram, Poondi, Pallipattu and Tiruttani blocks, can attend the job fair to be held at Government Higher Secondary School, Ellapuram from 9-30 a.m. onwards, according to the Vazhundhu Kattuvom Project Manager, S.Sivagami.
