National camp ends

CUTTACK: A five-day national training camp for girls on Gandhian principles concluded at Satyabhamapur Kasturba Centre, about 20 km from here, on Thursday.

The camp, conducted at Utkal Gaurav Madhusudan Das’ ancestral home, was attended by 125 girls from Manipur, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi and Orissa. Organised by the Rashtriya Yuva Sangathan (RYS), the camp was inaugurated by Sarvodaya leader Annapurna Moharana on June 1. Inaugurating the camp, the Gandhian leader hoped that such camps would go a long way in spreading the ideals of the Mahatma.
