Issue of counter-signature permits

CHENNAI: The State Transport Authority has decided to issue 275 fresh recommendation letters against vacancies for issue of counter-signature permits to ply in Karnataka on bilateral tax basis.

Those interested in obtaining such permits may apply to the Secretary, State Transport Authority, Ezhilagam, Chepauk, Chennai-600005, in the prescribed form and manner, along with the fee.

The permits will be allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application forms and related details can be obtained from the office of the State Transport Authority/Transport Commissioner, Chennai, or downloaded from www.tn.gov.in/sta
