Train services affected

DINDIGUL: A small fracture in the rails on Dindigul-Madurai section near Ambathurai railway station disrupted train services for some time here on Thursday. Mysore-Tuticorin Express proceeding to Tuticorin was stopped at Ambathurai station for 45 minutes to rectify the snag. It also delayed Vaigai Express proceeding to Chennai by an hour.

After welding the fracture, normality was resumed.
