Kakinada: The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) is holding its Polit Bureau meeting at Timmapuram here on June 11. It will be followed by a meeting of all 42 Parliamentary constituency in-charges of the party at the same venue. Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu will participate in both the meetings during his ‘Mee kosam’ tour of East Godavari district which commences on June 8 in Konaseema area and enters Visakhapatnam district at Payakaraopeta on June 12. TDP district president and MLC, N. Chinna Rajappa stated in a press release that Chandrababu Naidu was scheduled to reach Sakhinetipalli from West Godavari district around 2 p.m. on June 8. He would cover a total distance of about 230 km. from Sakhinetipalli to Tuni via Razole, Malkipuram, Tatipaka, P.Gannavaram, Ambajipeta, Bandarulanka, Amalapuram, Kamanagaruvu, Bhimanapalli, Uppalaguptam, N.Kotthapalli, Katrenikona, Mummidivaram, Yedurlanka, Yanam, Tallarevu, Korangi, Kakinada, Pithapuram, U.Kotthapalli, Moolapeta, Vemavaram, Pydikonda and Hamsavaram. TDP Polit Bureau member and Tuni MLA Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, district president Chinna Rajappa and other senior leaders are making elaborate arrangements for Mr. Naidu’s tour during which he is expected to launch a broadside against the government for its alleged attempts to develop Kakinada Special Economic Zone in violation of norms, sell lands of Kakinada port.
