New facility at Hosmat

Bangalore: Hosmat Hospital in Bangalore now offers a computer-assisted hip-replacement and hip-resurfacing techniques for those suffering from hip arthritis. Thomas Chandy, Managing Director of Hosmat, told presspersons here on Friday that this surgery not only relieves the patient from pain but also assures resumption of normal life. He said the new technique guaranteed accuracy in the positioning of hip joint replacement components with the prospect of near total success rate for patients. — Special Correspondent
