Vidya Jain Academy in final

NEW DELHI: A quickfire 54 (23b, 7x4, 3x6) by Rohit Prakash and four wickets for six runs by Sparsh Jain helped Vidya Jain Academy beat Sonnet Club by 37 runs in the semifinals of the 32nd Lala Raghubir Singh cricket tournament at the Modern School ground, Barakhamba Road, here on Friday.

Vidya Jain Academy made 173 as Sunny Sehrawat and Gaurav Kochar shared five wickets.

In reply, Sonnet was bundled out for 136.

The scores: Vidya Jain Academy 173in 19.1 overs (Rohit Prakash 54) beat Sonnet CC 136 in 19 overs (Sparsh Jain four for six).
