Traffic diversion

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In view of the road blockade to be organised by the BJP at Sreekariyam and at Overbridge on Saturday the police have announced traffic restrictions in the city from noon.

Vehicles from East Fort to the NH should ply via Attakkulangara, Killippalam, Thampanoor, Thycaud, Vazhuthacaud, Keltron, Museum, PMG, Pattom, Kumarapuram, Venpalavattom and on to the NH bypass. Vehicles going to the MC road should ply to Kesavadasapuram from Pattom. Vehicles coming from Thampanoor should ply via the Flyover, Vazhuthacaud, Museum, Pattom, Pottakuzhy, Kumarapuram, KIMS and Venpalavattom to the NH bypass. Vehicles going to the MC road should go from Pattom to Kesavadasapuram.

Vehicles going to the Medical College area from East Fort should proceed via Pazhavangadi, SP Fort Hospital, Vanchiyoor and Pattoor. Vehicles going from East fort to Karamana and Neyyattinkara should go via Attakkulangara and Killippalam. Those going from Sasthamangalam to East Fort must go via Bakery junction, Thampanoor, Flyover and Attakkulangara.
