Lotus Eye Care sets IPO price band

MUMBAI: Coimbatore-based Lotus Eye Care Hospital on Friday said it planned to raise Rs. 42 crore through an initial public offer. The hospital chain set a price band of Rs. 38 to Rs. 42 for its issue. The proceeds will be used to part finance expansion of its existing units and setting up of new units in Bangalore and Chennai.
