Hindu Munnani district chief stabbed

KARUR: Hindu Munnani district president and advocate A.M. Senthil Kumar was stabbed here on Friday.

Mr. Senthil Kumar was mediating on an issue relating to the marriage of a couple from Thanthonrimalai when the bride’s relatives stabbed him.

He suffered injuries in the hand. Following a complaint from him, the police are on the look out for six persons.

The Bar Association called for a boycott of courts for two days. — Staff Reporter
