KOCHI: Qualifier Hirak Jyoti Neog won his maiden under-19 boys title at the Rajiv Gandhi indoor stadium here on Saturday . The unseeded 16-year-old from Assam, defeated Karnataka’s Prakash Jolly, the fourth seed, 21-16, 21-17 in the final. Maharashtra’s Prajakta Sawant won the under-19 girls title. She beat her Statemate Tanvi Lad at 21-13, 24-22. The results (finals): Boys: U-19: Hirak Jyoti Neog (Asm) bt Prakash Jolly (Ktk) 21-16, 21-17. Doubles: S. Aravind & Jawahar (AP) bt K. Ajaykumar & M.
