Phelps sets fastest time of the year

OMAHA (USA): Michael Phelps swam the World’s fastest time this year in the 100m butterfly, finishing in 51.04 seconds at the Mutual of Omaha Swimvitational on Friday. Phelps beat World record-holder Ian Crocker’s previous 2008 best of 51.32, which Crocker recorded in Austin in March. Phelps also won the 100m freestyle on Friday. — AP
