Nikhat for Asian junior tournament

VIJAYAWADA: Andhra Pradesh paddler Nikhat Bano (Hyderabad) will represent junior India team to take part in the Asian junior table tennis championship to be held in Karachi in July. Bano is India No. 4 in the junior girls’ segment, according to Andhra Pradesh Table Tennis Association secretary S. M. Sultan.

Umpires’ exam

Andhra Cricket Association is conducting umpires’ examination for freshers and screening test for State panel umpires at Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium on Sunday at 10 a.m.
