AICF office-bearers

CHENNAI: N. Srinivasan, Managing Director, India Cements and D.V. Sundar were re-elected President and Secretary respectively of the All India Chess Federation for a term from 2008 to 2011.

Both of them were declared elected unopposed as were the other office-bearers as the nominations received as per deadline on June 5 were only as many as the number of posts.

The AGM of the Federation is slated for June 20.

Other office-bearers: Vice Presidents: Kashmir Singh, A. Narasimha Reddy, Sameer Ali Salgaocar, Pradeep Jain, Ravindra M. Dongre, A. Bakthavachalam; Treasurer: Bharat Singh; Joint Secretaries: G. Bhaskar, Neeraj Kumar Mishra, Vipnesh Bhardwaj, F. Anil, P.K. Choudhuri and Udayan Kanti Ghosh.
