Records galore

CHENNAI: Thirteen more records were re-written on the second day in the sub-junior and junior state Delphi TVS aquatic championship at the Velachery pool on Saturday.

Girls continued to excel with A. Gulnaz Rawoof of ORCA and U. Aditi Malavika (NLC) accounting for two new records each. Four of the new marks came in the relay events.

The other record makers were Allen James Tom (NLC), K. Divakar (SDAT Anna) and J.T. Yugesh Kumar (Turtles) in the boys’ section, S. Vilassini (Turtles) and S. Dharshni (TSPA) in the girls’ section.
