Indian team finishes second
London: An Indian team led by P. S. Kohli finished runner-up in the annual Yorkshire Nations Cup-International polo tournament held at Beverley Polo Club here. Argentina beat India by eight goals to six and a half, to retain the trophy.
Apart from the skipper, the Indian team comprised Raghav Raj, Abhimanyu Pathak and Ben Foreman.
Earlier the Indian team beat Scotland by six goals to four. Tony Singh scored three goals and Raghav Raj two and Abimanyu Pathak one.
Besides the finalists, the other four teams that figured in the three-day tournament were New Zealand, Scotland, Cyprus and a local Yorkshire team. — PTI
