This Day That Age
Gen. Peter Panchevsky has been dismissed from his post as Bulgarian Defence Minister, the Bulgarian news agency BTA, said on June 9. His dismissal follows a visit to Sofia by Mr. Nikita Khrushchev last week for the Bulgarian Communist Party Congress. The General has also been dropped from candidate membership of the Bulgarian Communist Party Politburo.
